3Enterprise Studio Contracts Won
Locked out of enterprise contracts by a network that couldn't meet studio security requirements
This entertainment studio was a talented operation with ambitions to work with the biggest names in entertainment — Sony, Activision, Disney. The barrier wasn't their craft. It was their infrastructure. Major studios impose strict cybersecurity and compliance requirements before any project data touches an external network. Without SOC 2 and ISO 27001-aligned controls in place, the recording studio simply couldn't get in the door.
Beyond compliance, their existing network wasn't built for enterprise media workflows — the large file transfers, secure remote collaboration, and uptime expectations that come standard when working at that scale. IT Accuracy completed the full buildout in four weeks, delivering an enterprise-grade infrastructure that opened the contracts the studio had been trying to reach.

Results
Met the cybersecurity baseline required by major entertainment studios — SOC 2 and ISO 27001 aligned — in a 4-week buildout
Contracts signed with Sony, Activision, and Disney following deployment
Growth from a single studio to five locations driven by the enterprise client relationships the new infrastructure made possible

60 daysManaged Downsizing Window
Scale a multi-location cannabis operation — then contract it safely when the market turned
This cannabis company raised significant capital and needed to move fast — expanding from one facility to seven locations with the IT infrastructure to support a distributed, regulated cannabis operation. IT Accuracy deployed MDM, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams across all locations, giving the company a unified digital environment compliant with METRC and California BCC data security and surveillance retention requirements.
Then the market shifted. When this cannabis company needed to downsize, the challenge became something most IT providers aren't equipped for: a coordinated, legally defensible offboarding of 50 employees in a regulated industry — without tipping anyone off before access was revoked.
In cannabis operations, a slow or poorly sequenced offboarding creates real exposure. POS and financial systems can be manipulated. Company email accounts can be used to impersonate the business. Cloud data can be exfiltrated by employees who know they're about to be let go. IT Accuracy managed the process in tranches over 60 days, revoking every access point simultaneously — before a single notification was sent.
Scale-Up Stack
MDM Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Teams Multi-Location Networking METRC Compliance BCC State Mandates
Offboarding Controls
All system access revoked prior to employee notification — eliminating the window for data exfiltration or financial manipulation
POS and financial system access locked across all locations simultaneously
Email and cloud data access terminated in a single coordinated action per tranche
50 employees offboarded over 60 days with zero reported data incidents
Why Coordination Matters
In regulated industries, slow IT offboarding is a liability. Disgruntled employees with lingering access represent a direct threat to financial systems, customer data, and brand reputation. IT Accuracy's approach closes every door simultaneously — not one at a time.

$500,000 lost to wire fraud — and a security posture that needed rebuilding from the ground up
This clothing brand came to IT Accuracy after suffering one of the most common and costly cyberattacks in business: vendor impersonation fraud. A threat actor posed as a trusted vendor and contacted the company's CFO requesting a change to wire transfer instructions. With no email security controls to flag the spoofed sender, the CFO complied. $500,000 was transferred out of the company.
The attack succeeded because of gaps that are entirely preventable — no domain authentication, no email filtering capable of catching lookalike addresses, and no employee training to recognize the warning signs. The clothing brand didn't need a patch. They needed a full rebuild.
IT Accuracy overhauled the entire infrastructure: new network, enterprise email security and spam filtering, Proofpoint security awareness training deployed monthly to all staff, next-gen EDR and antivirus, upgraded endpoint hardware, and a permissions management structure that limits blast radius if credentials are ever compromised again.

Full Network Rebuild Email Security & Spam Filter Proofpoint SAT Enterprise EDR Next-Gen Antivirus Endpoint Hardware Upgrade Permissions Management
Results Since Deployment
30 direct, targeted attacks blocked in 2025 alone
Countless broad-net and port-scanning attempts flagged and neutralized automatically
Employees trained monthly via Proofpoint — staff have actively identified and reported live phishing attempts that would have previously succeeded
No successful breach since the overhaul
The attack cost us $500,000 and showed us exactly how unprepared we were. Since the rebuild, our team knows what to look for and our infrastructure catches what humans might miss. We've stopped dozens of attacks that would have gotten through before.

Multi-City Apparel Operation
5Cities Under One Control Center

1Unified Pane of Glass
No visibility, no control — across five cities and two countries
This apparel company was expanding rapidly into Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, and two cities in Mexico — but their IT infrastructure hadn't kept pace. Each location operated independently with no centralized monitoring, no unified endpoint management, and no consistent security policy across sites. From an IT perspective, every city was its own island.
The international dimension added real complexity. Mexican ISP infrastructure operates with fewer built-in protections than US providers, meaning the company's Mexico locations were more exposed by default. Connecting those sites to the broader corporate network without additional hardening would have introduced vulnerabilities across the entire organization.
IT Accuracy designed a unified architecture giving this apparel company's team a single control center for all five cities — manage every endpoint, deploy software, enforce policies, and monitor network health from one place, regardless of location or country.
What We Deployed
Unified Endpoint Management Centralized Software Deployment Site-to-Site VPN Next-Gen Firewall (All Sites) Mexico Network Hardening Cross-Site Monitoring
Results
All five locations managed from a single control center — LA, Seattle, New York, and two Mexico cities
Mexico sites hardened with additional firewall and network layering to compensate for weaker ISP-level infrastructure
Secure site-to-site VPN established across all locations
IT team gained real-time visibility and remote management capability across every endpoint in every market

Call Center
Remote Call Center
150VDI Seats — 3 Continents
5 minContractor Onboarding Time
1-clickInstant Offboarding
Scale a global contractor workforce fast — without buying hardware they'd return in 90 days
This remote call center runs on seasonal, remote, independent contractors spread across multiple continents. The business needed to onboard dozens of agents quickly during peak periods and offboard just as fast when demand dropped — but buying physical computers for contractors who might work for a few months wasn't viable, and BYOD at scale creates security exposure that's difficult to manage and nearly impossible to audit.
Contractors working on personal machines with unknown security postures represent a real threat vector — sensitive call data, customer records, and internal systems all potentially exposed on devices IT has zero visibility into or control over.
IT Accuracy designed a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure that gave this call center a controlled, company-managed workspace on any device, anywhere in the world — without shipping a single laptop. Every session is locked down with MFA, MDM controls, and IP-restricted access. Onboarding takes five minutes. Offboarding is a single click.
The VDI Architecture
Citrix Virtual Desktop MFA MDM Controls IP-Restricted Access Local Device Verification Rapid Provisioning Instant Deprovisioning
Results
150 VDI seats deployed across three continents — zero contractor hardware purchased
New contractor endpoints provisioned in under 5 minutes from anywhere in the world
Any endpoint terminated instantly with a single click — no lingering access after offboarding
MFA, MDM, and IP-restricted access enforce security posture regardless of what personal device the contractor uses
The remote call center can scale up or down on short notice with no IT bottleneck or hardware lead time
