These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IT Accuracy website (itaccuracy.com), including any content, features, services, and promotions offered by IT Accuracy, LLC (“IT Accuracy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Services
IT Accuracy provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud migration, network management, email security, help desk support, and backup and disaster recovery services. Specific services, scope of work, pricing, and deliverables are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between IT Accuracy and the client. These Terms apply to your general use of our website and initial engagement with IT Accuracy, and are supplemental to any executed service agreement.
2. Promotional Offers
IT Accuracy may offer promotional pricing from time to time, including but not limited to the following:
Essential Protection Plan
- Promotional pricing applies to the first two (2) months of the monthly service plan.
- Client may cancel before the end of the two-month promotional period without penalty.
- After the promotional period, standard monthly rates apply.
- Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Onboarding Advantage
- Discount applies to the client’s first qualifying project upon signing a service agreement.
